Senior HVAC or HVACR Commercial Technician
- 5-10+ years of related experience
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Lead installation teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project deadlines.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions, reducing operational costs and environmental impact for clients.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, improving their skills and productivity.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing their HVAC/R needs and providing effective solutions.
